Nice little hotel in an absolutely lovely classic style building. Airy deluxe king room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Delicious and wonderful breakfast, excellent food choice. Local drinks at garden bar, exceptional service. Good internet, parking off site. Marvellous location of the venue in a nice quiet area. Also - really close to town centre as well as the beaches, harbour, restaurants and bars.

Appreciated my time here and can just recommend this place. My stay was fantastic for 4 nights. Central location was a plus. Moreover, it was 2 km from Cleveleys Front Promenade. It was perfect, gorgeous and in a chilled bucket to take to my bedroom.

Everything was nice, the English breakfast was totally worth it. I had an extremely comfy bed and really good bathroom, top-class room. Enjoyed street view. The hotel had unbeatable and exceptionally nice location near to the centre and sea front, and Torquay. Besides, a shingle beach was 3 km away from the venue. The services were great. Thanks very much, I greatly enjoyed the stay and would like to go back here again.
